Prior to embarking on her private practice journey, Eileen honed her legal skills as a corporate attorney in the D.C. offices of legal powerhouses DLA Piper and Sheppard Mullin.

Eileen serves her country with distinction as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve. This position requires robust knowledge in a range of legal disciplines from military and national security law to administrative law and legal assistance. She possesses a deep sense of leadership, discipline, and the ability to thrive under pressure – qualities that serve her clients well in the fast-paced world of corporate law.

Eileen's academic background is equally remarkable. She holds a B.A. in Human Biology from the prestigious Stanford University and earned her J.D. from the renowned Georgetown University Law Center, where she made her mark as the Managing Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
